For the last year and a half I have had the excellent opportunity to be apart of the One2 Conference.  The purpose of the One2 Conference is to create conversations between students and business leaders to discuss how your faith interacts in your workplace.

So far I have catered 3 of the conferences that has been put on so far by One2. For the first conference I made these amazing dessert dips: red velvet dip, brownie batter dip, and a cookie dough dip!

A couple of months ago I had the opportunity to cater an amazing conference! My next post I will go into more details about my experience at the conference. For the conference I made these two wonderful parfaits strawberry cheesecake and Oreo parfaits.

I’m always thinking of ways to creatively combining flavors into unique dishes. My latest creation is a coconut tequila Lime cupcake!!! It was very tasty, plus it was relatively simple to create. The cupcake is composed of a lime flavored cupcake topped with a coconut tequila cream cheese frosting.
